1. Store Manager Position in our Wicklow Boutique
We are looking to hire a Store manager for our Wicklow Store
The position involves:
- Recruiting, training, supervising of volunteers
- Managing budgets, planning, promoting, and marketing the business.
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
- Overseeing pricing, and stock control.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation..
- Preparing promotional material and displays.
- Organising fundraisers twice a year.
Minimum Experience Required (Years): 1
- Minimum Qualification: Level 4 (incl Leaving Certificate/ Leaving Certificate Applied/ Leaving Certificate Vocational Programme) OR Any additional skills
- Ability Skills: Administration, Communications, Creativity, Customer Service
- Competency Skills: Decision Making, Flexibility, Initiative, Teamwork
