Overview: Jack and Jill are now recruiting a Fundraising Manager to oversee, develop and report on the implementation of fundraising strategies. The Fundraising Manager will report directly to the Head of Fundraising and will lead and manage the fundraising team of 3 direct reports, toward achieving agreed annual fundraising plan and targets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and further developing Jack and Jill’s existing fundraising channels including corporate partnerships, events, campaigns, relationships with supporters and third-party fundraising. You will contribute to the overall strategic direction and growth of the organisation by helping to expand the organisation’s fundraising activities in new directions, ensuring a sustainable, successful, and diverse fundraising portfolio.
To thrive in this role, you will have a successful background in marketing or fundraising, working to and achieving targets, and strong people management skills. You will be a keen networker with strong stakeholder engagement skills and an understanding and appreciation of the importance of relationship management for corporate donor cultivation.
