Post & Packaging charges?
Most of the products on the Jack & Jill Online Charity Shop are free shipping. However, for certain items there is a postage and packaging charge of €6.15 up to 30kg for deliveries within the Republic of Ireland (Currier service).

If you wish to cancel an order, written notice by email must be given within 7 working days after the day an item is received.
We will only offer a refund as long as good(s) are sent back in their original condition, are unused and unopened in their original packaging.
In accordance with EU law, the cost of both original and return postage and packing shall be borne by the customer and deducted from any refund.
Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receiving the written notice of cancellation.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Is this site secure?
The www.jackandjill.ie website is using a secure encrypted connection on all pages (marked by the https on the url bar). All transaction details are passed through Realex‘s secure server using 128bit encryption (where browsers will allow). We do not keep any details of your credit card on the Jack & Jill website.
