Post & Packaging charges?


Most of the products on the Jack & Jill Online Charity Shop are free shipping. However, for certain items there is a postage and packaging charge of €6.15 up to 30kg for deliveries within the Republic of Ireland (Currier service).

Delivery time?


For deliveries within the Republic of Ireland, please allow up to 5 working days.

Where do you deliver to?


Currently we only offer delivery to any Republic of Ireland address.

How can I pay?

Can I return a product/s?


Jack & Jill Children’s Charity returns/refund policy complies with EU distance-selling regulations (2000), which outlines your rights to cancel your order.

If you wish to cancel an order, written notice by email must be given within 7 working days after the day an item is received.

We will only offer a refund as long as good(s) are sent back in their original condition, are unused and unopened in their original packaging.

In accordance with EU law, the cost of both original and return postage and packing shall be borne by the customer and deducted from any refund.

Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receiving the written notice of cancellation.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Is this site secure?


The www.jackandjill.ie website is using a secure encrypted connection on all pages (marked by the httpon the url bar).  All transaction details are passed through Realex‘s secure server using 128bit encryption (where browsers will allow). We do not keep any details of your credit card on the Jack & Jill website.

Can my Delivery Address be different to my Billing Address?


Yes – you can enter a separate billing and delivery address during the checkout process. Please note, the billing address should match the address for which credit / laser card statements are sent.
