"Abigail is on oxygen all the time and she has so much equipment it’s not easy to leave the house. Knowing that I have a Jack and Jill nurse there to allow me to get to do the shopping or get some sleep is such a relief. We’ve had so many blows over the last year and to have Abigail back home in Carlow with support from Jack and Jill is absolutely amazing."
