Rally your colleagues, friends, family, school or club, choose how you will power your hour to raise vital funds in support of Jack and Jill families across Ireland.

The best Power Hours are often the ones nobody has thought of before.

Today, Jack and Jill supports more than 520 families across Ireland, providing up to 100 hours of in-home nursing care and respite support every month to families caring for children with severe learning disabilities and complex medical needs. Our service operates seven days a week, with no waiting list, no means test and no red tape, helping families care for their child at home, where they belong.
