Since 1997 Jack and Jill have been supporting families in communities across Ireland, helping them to care for their child in a home setting. We are all about community, and all about a care model that is delivered where and when it’s needed. There’s no ‘red tape’, we have no waiting list, and our service is available 24/7 all year round. To date we have provided our vital support to over 3,000 families, and this number grows every month with new referrals.
With less than 23% funding from the State we rely on our Corporate Partners to help us fund and deliver this service. Every €18 donated helps deliver one hour of home nursing support.
