As we prepare to reopen our 9 charity boutiques around the Country, we’d like to outline the precautions we are taking and to reassure customers that their safety and welfare are our top priorities, along with the wellbeing of our team.
For your safety and in keeping with government guidelines we will be limiting the number of customers in store. Hand sanitiser will be provided upon entering the shop, with visible floor signage to promote social distancing. Our team have been fully trained in COVID precautions, the tills will be moved to the back of the store with Perspex screens installed, and we would encourage contactless payment.
We’ve reduced trading hours by 30 minutes in the morning and evening to allow for cleaning and sterilisation, our changing rooms will be temporarily closed, all our delivery vans will be sanitised daily, and all clothes will be steamed to disinfect them before they are put out on the floor.
We will provide a designated area for donations, which will be held for 72 hours before sorting to avoid contamination.
We hope that these measures reassure you of our commitment to customer and staff safety, and we thank you for your support of the Jack & Jill Foundation.
