“A Winter’s Tail” by Dubliner Cara Collum with full color illustrations by Sienna Ardis-Marie was officially launched last Tuesday at the Leopardstown Golf Club Restaurant, Dublin by well known Dublin writer and rockin’ roller Ferdia MacAnna, the script editor on the BBC/RTE children’s drama series Custers Last Stand UP which won a Bafta and Jonathan Irwin, Jack & Jill Founder. Cara’s book which is aimed at 0-5 year olds, describes the mayhem created at Christmas by Bat, a cool dude marmalade cat and Alfie, a sleek brown mouse. It is a charming rhyming verse, which will captivate young readers from the start and ideal for pre-school and for bedtime reading.
