Welcome to the Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation Annual Report 2025, which captures some of the many highlights of the year, from fundraising and communications initiatives to the incredible work of our nurses, volunteers, retail teams and our wider Jack and Jill community.
In 2025 we supported 547 children and their families across Ireland and were delighted to be able to expand our service by increasing the age of children in our care from six to seven years. We also introduced our Catch Up and Connect coffee mornings to help families build lasting connections.
Throughout this report, you’ll meet some of the remarkable families at the heart of our work and discover the impact we made together thanks to the incredible generosity of our supporters. Whether you fundraised, donated, volunteered or helped raise awareness, you made it possible for us to continue providing vital in-home nursing care and family support when it is needed most.
