€217,425
raised, translating into over 12,000 hours of in-home nursing and respite care for Jack and Jill Families

Discover the artists behind the 3,345 original masterpieces!

On the morning of Wednesday, April 24th, the long-awaited Incognito Art Sale kicked into action.  There was no more time for Wishlists and decision making – it was now all down to the luck of the draw to see who was lucky enough to secure one of their favourite artworks from the collection.  The response to this year’s sale has been overwhelming, with the collection selling out across two days, raising a remarkable €217,425 for the charity.  Monies raised will support over 12,000 hours of in-home nursing and respite care, and end-of-life care, to over 400 children with complex medical needs currently under Jack and Jill’s care right across the country.

Now in its eighth year, 2024 saw the biggest Incognito collection to date with 3,345 original postcard-sized artworks, all donated by over 1,200 artists all going ‘incognito’ for Jack and Jill.  The impressive list of artists included Maser, Abigail O’Brien, Thelma Mansfield and Rae Perry, alongside a host of celebrity names including architect and TV presenter Hugh Wallce and iconic supermodel Jerry Hall, to name but a few! The sale attracted interest from over 44,000 visitors to the site from Ireland and worldwide.  Successful purchasers come from around the globe including Australia, the UK, Germany, Canada, The US, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Luxembourg as well as Ireland.

Those wishing to see the identities of all the artists can visit www.incognito.ie where the names behind each artwork have now been revealed.  Meanwhile, those lucky enough to secure an artwork can look forward to receiving it shortly, as they will be posted directly to purchasers over the coming days and weeks.

For Deirdre Walsh, CEO of the Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation, Incognito is all about community and translating art into a currency for care:

“We want to extend a sincere thank you to every single artist and art lover involved in making Incognito 2024 such a great success for the Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation.  I hope those who were successful in securing a piece of art will enjoy it for many years to come and take pride in the fact that their contribution has helped towards providing more than 12,000 hours of in-home nursing care and respite support to over 400 families caring for children with complex medical needs across Ireland.”
