The excitement is still palpable at Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation as we reflect on the spectacular Retro Cannonball event that took place in May. We are overjoyed to have been selected as charity partners by the dynamic team at Cannonball Ireland, marking a robust start to our collaboration!
Retro Cannonball, which precedes the main Cannonball event in September, raised an impressive €61,550 for Jack and Jill this year. This sum translates into 3,419 hours of home care and respite support for our families, demonstrating the profound impact of collective action.
Our heartfelt thanks go to all the Retro Cannonballers who donated so generously, the supporters who enjoyed the spectacle and contributed to our cause, and the organisers and fundraisers who created such an incredible atmosphere along the way.
We are all about community here at Jack and Jill, and we are overwhelmed by the welcome we have received from all of the Cannonballers taking part in this year’s event.
