The Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation offers a donation to families to fund in home nursing care to children from birth to five years of age with severe neurodevelopmental delay and to all children who require end of life care aged 0- 6yrs.
The nursing hours can vary from a minimum of 10 hours per month to a maximum of 64 hours per month and include day and night hours. The hours are negotiated with you and the individual family.
