Sarah Bradford

Sarah joined the Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation as Liaison Nurse Manager in 2025. After qualifying as a children’s and general nurse in 2006, she began her career on the neonatal ward in Children’s Health Ireland at Crumlin. She then spent a year working in Sydney Children’s Hospital, gaining valuable international experience. Sarah has over 12 years’ experience working in LauraLynn Children’s Hospice, where she held roles as Staff Nurse, Nurse Manager, and most recently Clinical Nurse Specialist in Children’s Palliative Care. She has completed postgraduate studies in children’s complex and palliative care and is passionate about supporting children and their families.
