The report published mid July makes an interesting reading as it explains the grants HSE has given to Outside agencies (pages 176 to 195). It seems to be quite a number of beneficiaries who perhaps should be founded by other Government Departments such as Justice or Environment, which will ease the pressure on the HSE budget.
