Terms & Conditions

  1. Anyone taking part in this 'Up The Hill for Jack & Jill' 2016 campaign are acting as independent fundraisers and are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and permissions in respect of public collections or other fundarising activities linked to this campaign.
  2. The Jack And Jill Children’s Foundation is under no liability in contract, negligence, or otherwise for any matter occurring during these individual fundraisers or for any loss or damage sustained by any participant during these events.
  3. Each registered participant has control over the organisation and running of each fundraising event and all participants take part at their own risk.
  4. The €16 registration fee should be received by The Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation at the time of the registration on the jackandjill.ie website and is non refundable in the event of cancellation of the campaign or the individual fundraiser.
  5. All funds raised in the name of The Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation in connection with the 'Up The Hill for Jack & Jill' campaign must be paid as soon as practicable to The Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation in accordance with the method of payment.
  6. 'Up The Hill for Jack & Jill' 2016 is an initiative of the Jack & Jill Children's Foundation, Registered Charity No: CHY 12405, Ireland.
